Town house, now shop with disused accommodation over. Late C18 or early C19, built with No.84 Street (qv). Flemish bond brown brick; roof of small grey slates. 3 storeys. Painted stone plinth with small opening to cellar; recessed porch, east, has 4 damaged stone steps to house door with pair of upper panels now glazed, middle pair fielded and lower pair flush; overlight has radial bars linked by scrolled looped bars; rendered lintel; adjacent replaced shop door with overlight; plain shop window. Each upper storey has 2 flush sashes, now of 4 panes, with painted stone sills and wedge lintels; shared chimney right and gable chimney in front of ridge left. The rear has an inserted glazed doorway, a flush sash of 12 panes and one of 4 panes to the second storey and two 4-pane casements to the third storey, all with damaged wooden sills and cambered brick heads; a small 2-storey outshut, east. INTERIOR: is rebuilt in keeping, but without significant retention of original features.
