Granary, now partly converted to studio, residence, store. Mid
C19. Stock brick with rebuilt coped parapet.
Building slightly convex to street, 5 storeys, 7 bays. Ground
floor altered with various irregular openings, some with
timber lintels, some with segmental brick arches. To left is
archway giving access to site of former Mill Stairs. 2 hatch
ranks; 2-light windows with gauged brick segmental arches in
deep reveals. River elevation has similar details, 2 hatch
ranks.
INTERIOR: has timber floors and posts.
Closes vista along Mill Street and forms an important group
with New Concordia Wharf and St Saviour's Wharf (qqv).
