A C16 timber-framed and plastered house comprising a main block with a jettied upper storey on the centre part. A later wing projects at the east end. The jetty has a carved bressumer. 2 storeys and attics. C20 casement windows. 6-panel door. Roof tiled, with a heavy rectangular brick chimney stack. The interior has moulded beams and ceiling joists.
All the listed buildings in Top Green form a group.
