Cottage formerly 2 dwellings. C17. Timber framed with C18 colour washed brick face. Plain tiled roof red brick stacks one central with saw-tooth detail. Lobby entrance. 2 storeys and gabled dormer. C20 flat roofed extension to rear. Scattered fenestration: mainly C20 casements with glazing bars. Flat brick arches. One dormer with casement. Entrance porch in brick with plain tile roof windows to sides and C20 boarded door.
