Farmhouse
II
Farmhouse. In 2 ranges: early C17 to right hand side, probably
late C17/early C18 to left hand side. Timber framed and plastered
with original red brick gable end to right hand side and some
brick casing to rear; pantiles to right hand side, slates to left
hand side. 2 storeys and attic. Right hand range with casement
windows, one gabled dormer and gable end stack. Left hand range
with 4 window range, sashes with glazing bars in flush frames;
doorway with 6-panel door and an open timber porch with square
columns and latticework to the sides; the doorway is set within a
closed lean-to porch; one flat-roofed dormer, internal stack. At
the junction of the 2 main ranges is a further lean-to extension,
set forward.
