- II

Farmhouse, formerly manor house. Probably C16, with alterations of several periods. Hall range with cross-wing, the latter extended northwards late C16 or C17. 2 storeys. Timber-framed and rough-cast; walling underbuilt C19 in painted brick. A parapet gable was added C19 to cross-wing. Plaintiled roofs with internal and end chimneys of red brick. C20 small-pane casements. 1- storey open entrance porch of c.1840 with crow-stepped parapet gable and 4- centred arched doorway; 4-panelled inner entrance door.
