One house, greatly extended and divided. C16 to right (Quillets Royal) with late
C18 extensions to rear left (Manor House).
Quillets Royal :(to right on street front). Timber framed with rendered infill tc
right, brick below with incised render above to left. Pan tiled roof to right,
plain tiled roof to left with end stacks. 2 storeys with plat band over ground
floor to left. Two glazing bar sash windows on first floor, irregular casement
fenestration to right, 2 windows on first floor. Half glazed door in deep recess
to left of centre with panelled pilasters and broken pediment above. Pan tiled
wing to rear right.
Manor House : (to rear left), Main front to rear. Yellow brick with red brick
dressings, plain tiled roof with end stacks over rendered gable ends. 2 storeys
with plat band over ground floor, stone coped parapet above. 3 bays, centre one
projecting under steep pediment. Sash windows across the first floor, square bay,
gauged head casement to ground floor right, angle bay window to left. Central 6
panel door, top four panels glazed, under fanlight with intersecting tracery bars
in deep panelled recess. Doric column and pilaster surround with triglyph cornice
and broken pediment above .
Right hand return front of Manor House : 3 bay range , 2 storeys with attic under
shaped gable.
