TQ 35NE CATERHAM & WARLINGHAM FARLEIGH ROAD, FORMER URBAN DISTRICT WARLINGHAM 3/20 The White Lion P.H. 21.9.54 (formerly listed under Limpsfield Road) II
House, now public house. C17 with early C20 additions to ends. Timber framed clad in knapped flint rubble with brick bandings and dressings to centre; applied timbering with rendered infill over rendered ground floor to ends; plain tiled roofs with ridge stack to right of centre, end stacks to sides of outer wings and stacks to rear. Recessed centre range with projecting gable front wings to ends. 2 storeys, with 3 lucarne sash windows across the centre of the first floor 2 glazing bar sash windows to first floor right, one to first floor left. 2 C20 arched and part glazed doorswith panels below under gabled open timber porches to left and right of centre. Weatherboarded to rear.
