II
Cottage pair built fron extended remains of older house. C16 to left, C19 extensions to right. Timber framed to left exposed with brick infill over buttressed brick underbuilt ground floor. Roughcast infill to first floor right with red and blue brick extensions to right end. Plain tiled roofs stepping up and hipped to left. One storey and attic with diagonal brick eaves course to right, end stack to right and rear ridge stack at junction of two cottages. Attics under two gabled casement dormers to eaves flanking an "eyebrow" dormer to left hand side, two pentice roof dormers to right. Two storeys to right end with two first floor casement windows, one ground floor casement to left, two to right. C19 door to left of centre with further board door to right.
Left hand return front: rubble and brick cladding, frame exposed to rear with pent ice roof extension and corner bracing.
