House. C17 with C20 extensions to ends and rear. Timber framed underbuilt in brick and sandstone rubble, thin framing exposed above with brick infilling. Stone and brick extensions. Horsham slabs to left half of roof, plain tiled roofs to right, taller and hipped to end. Two storeys; three framed bays with right half of cottage higher and breaking forward. Central ridge stack. Two small leaded casement eaves dormers to left of centre, one larger casement to right. Two ground floor casements to left, one to right. Central C20 timber framed porch, gabled with rendered gable infill. Carved C20 door with strapwork decoration.
Left hand return front: gable lit attic, tile hung. Cambered head basement window. Weatherboarded pentice roof extension set back to left end.
