GV II
Shop. 1861 in Lovelace Style. Flint rubble with brick and terracotta dressings, slate roofs under ridge cresting on main house. Built on junction of two roads with side ranges canted back from chamfered corner. 3 storeys with end stacks to wings. Brick string course over ground floor, quatrefoil pattern plaque band over first floor, brick dentilled eaves. Left hand range: 3 casement windows on first and second floors in brick surrounds. 2 small ground floor casements and one shop window under fascia board to right. Half- glazed door to centre of ground floor. Single storey extension to left with brick dentilled eaves "breathers". Gabled bay to centre: D shaped plaque in gable, over 2 second floor casement windows in brick surrounds. Diamond shaped date plaque to first floor, half glazed door below in round-arched, roll-moulded, brick surround. Right hand range: Irregular casement fenestration; 1 window on second floor, two cambered head casement windows on first floor. 2 single light and one shop window under fascia board to ground floor. Door to centre.
