GV II
House. C16 with C17 extensions. Timber framed, under-built in brown brick to front with tiled pentice course over, brick cladding above. Brick and render infill to return fronts, tile hung gable to right and flint infill to exposed frame of rear wing. Plain tiled roofs, hipped on street front. L shaped plan with wing to north. Two storeys. Massive corbelled ridge stack to left of centre on street front, further stacks to left hand return front (west) and to the rear. Street front: (South): Two first floor, C20 casement windows, two windows below under cambered heads. C20 casement door to left of centre in hip roofed porch on wooden supports. Right hand return front: (East): Projecting gable end to left, large gabled bay to right with frame exposed. Irregular casement fenestration of one attic casement to left of centre and 2 casements on each of the floors below. Door to centre of ground floor. Gabled stair vice to re-entrant angle on left. Single storey brick extension projecting to front right with weatherboarded range across the end.
