2. Large, irregular mid C19 Italianate villa deeper than its width and with entrance on road front of 2 storeys, 5 windows the outer bays projecting. Fairly low pitched hipped slate roof with bracketed eaves soffit above wood dentil cornice with coving below. Banded rusticated stucco walls, forming voussoirs to 1st floor windows on returns. Sash windows, lost bars. Ground floor centre brought forward almost to plane of projecting ends. From this projects a wide semi-circular Ionic porch with 4 columns. Central double door in moulded architrave between pilasters. Porch has 3 steps up; and an entablature with bracketed soffit.
