LONDON ROAD, MICKLEHAM
Mickleham Hall
II
L-shaped house, now flats. C18 front to a timber-framed building. 2 storeys
and attic. 10 windows and 2 gabled dormers facing south. 6 windows facing
east. Painted brick, partly stuccoed. Stringcourse, cornice and parapet.
Slate roof. One curved bay of 3 windows on both floors not centrally placed.
The ground floor window beyond it to the west is a Venetian window. The ground
floor windows to the east have semi-circular tympana. Most glazing bars intact.
At each end is a projecting pillared loggia, the west one now glazed. The
interior may have early C17 fireplaces and carved ceilings.
