House. C16 with C17 and C19 extensions and alterations. Timber framed, exposed on gable to rear with brick infilling, main posts exposed to ground floor left. Whitewashed brick cladding on ground floor and extensions on sandstone block plinth, tile hung to first floor right with bands of diamond point and fishscale pattern, brick quoined sandstone block cladding on left hand return front. T- shaped plan with gabled cross wing to right, C20 extensions to right end and to rear. Entrance front facing garden - Two storeys with end stacks to left and right of centre, large main stack to rear right of centre at junction with wing. One large, gabled, on-eaves dormer to left of centre, smaller dormer to right. One first floor,3-light,C19 window on gable and through-eaves dormer on first floor of set-back right hand extension. Two large C19 windows to ground floor left one on ground floor of gable with smaller windows to left of centre. Part-glazed door to right of centre in open, gabled, porch. Ground floor recessed to right on extension behind brick piers with further double half-glazed doors. Rear:- jowled posts on main gable, herringbone brick infilling and Horsham slabs on roof. Irregular casement fenestration and door to right. Interior:- substantial quantities of frame exposed.
