House. C18 with C19 extensions to rear. Brown brick to front, red brick to rear with tile hung first floor. Hipped Horsham slab roof to front, plain-tiled roofs to rear. Two storeys on basement plinth to front with plat band over ground floor and moulded, brick-dentilled eaves cornice. Stacks to rear left and right of centre. Regular five bay front with 12-pane glazing bar sash fenestration. Five windows across the first floor in open boxes, four windows below under gauged brick heads (C19). One to right blocked. Four basement openings two to left louvred, two to right leaded. Central ¾ glazed door, up a flight of 5 steps with plain wrought iron railings, in a deep reveal and with traceried fanlight over. Depressed arched, roll-moulded,head with grotesque leaf face keystone under open pediment on brackets. One bay addition to right. Right hand return front:- one 12-pane and one 16-pane glazing bar sash window to first floor with tripartite first floor sash to left, three single sash windows to ground floor right, larger 16-pane and tripartite window to left. Lower C19 wing to right with front stack. Left hand return front:- angle bay to right corner with brick steps to front. One 12-pane glazing-bar sash window on each floor to left.
