2. F Cl8, altered. 2 storey. Colour-washed pebble dash. Old tile roof hipped to right hand. 3 windows, early C19, on 1st floor. Modern bay to left hand on ground floor, 2 other 6-light leaded modem windows, double half-glazed modern door to left hand of centre and secondary half-glazed double door in right hand corner with flat hood on cut brackets. The return front to Park Row has 2 irregular windows. The back has 4 small tile-hung gables over oolouz-washed brick walls with irregular doors and windows. Formerly the 2 cottages behind in Park Row, now converted to Public Conveniences, were listed together with the Nelson's Arms Public House and under the same map reference. They are now listed separately under Park Row and under map reference 30A.

All the listed buildings in Castle Street (East side) form a group.
