.In the entry No 5 The address should be amended to read MEAD LANE Nos 5 and 6 Part 2 of the entry should be amended to read: No 5 comprises a C19 kiln range on NE -SW axis. Two storeys. Northern projecting range of brick with old tile roof and half-hip' to SW and NE ends; brick dentil eave. South range of clunch with red brick quoins, dressings and brick dentil eaves. Slate roof, with Pyramidal roof to former kiln along SE side. Irregular fenestration. Splayed bay at SW end. No6 is attached to the NE end of the SE elevation of No 5 and comprises a 019 two storey cottage of clunch, formally the manager's house. SW elevation of two window bays with central doorway. Red brick quoins, dressing's and brick dentil-eaves, the gound floor openings with brick cambered heads. Slate hipped roof with red tiled ridges. Two light casement windows with small pane1es; shaped panel heads to wooden boarded door in wood frame with slightly pedimented head. Late 019 rear extension also of clunch with slate hipped roof; red brick lacing courses. SE elevation with sash window below and two-light first floor casement with small panes.
