House in terrace. c1800. Stock brick with later slate mansard roof extension behind parapet front. 3 storeys and basement, 2 bays. Door to left with plain timber surround with radial fanlight under round-headed, gauged-brick arch. Sash windows with glazing bars, 1 only to ground floor, tripartite. Gauged brick arches to windows, those to ground and 1st floors flat, those to 2nd floor slightly cambered. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: area railings.
