3 houses. Early C19. Nos 88 & 92 stock brick, No.90 stucco; altered parapet fronts. Terrace of 3 houses forming a symmetrical composition; outer houses 3 storeys and basement, central house 4 storeys and basement, the top storey above a moulded cornice. Each house 3 bays with an extra set back linking bay of 3 storeys between; later narrow 1-storey and basement extension to right of No.88. Steps up to doors in round-headed recesses with radial fanlights, stucco imposts and 3/4 Tuscan columns supporting cornice heads. Round-headed ground-floor windows in round-arched recesses with impost band. All windows sash windows with glazing bars, those to upper floors square-headed with gauged-brick arches to Nos 88 & 92. 1st-floor sill band. INTERIOR: not inspected. Nos 88-92 (even) form a group with Nos 86 & 86A (qv). Nos 90 & 92 listed 31.01.74.
