House, now offices. Early-mid C19. Brick with brick lateral stacks and hipped slate roof. Late Georgian style. Double-depth plan with a left-hand service range.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and basement; 3-window range. Double-fronted with steps up to an open brick porch with cornice and blocking course, recessed surround to doorway, inner 6-panel door
and round-arched side windows; plat band and eaves cornice. Rubbed brick arches, cambered to tripartite ground-floor 4/4-pane sashes, flat to first-floor 6/6-pane and second-floor 3/6-pane sashes. 1-window returns, with a single-storey, 2-window left-hand service block. INTERIOR: converted to offices, has a central dogleg stair.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached brick garden wall extends approx 100m round garden to w. Occupies a prominent position within the walls of the Georgian dockyard.
