GV II Sundial. C19. Giant wrought-iron sundial set in C20 brick and stone surround, hours marked by surrounding carpet bedding.

HISTORICAL NOTE: the sundial is a surviving feature of Sir Sydney Waterlow's formal garden at Lauderdale House (qv).
