Detached villa. Early C19, restored c1979. Yellow stock brick
with slated pitched roof with pitched dormers. Double fronted
with 3 windows; 2 storeys, attic and semi-basement. Stucco
pilasters at angles rise from ground floor level to carry
entablature with egg-and-dart ovolo cornice at eaves level.
Central prostyle portico; doorway with fanlight and panelled
door approached by steps with attached cast-iron railings.
Recessed sashes; ground floor architraved with console
bracketed cornices and cast-iron balconies.
