Barn, now store or garage. Probably early C19; altered. Red
brick in English garden wall bond (4 plus one courses), slate
roof. Rectangular plan.
EXTERIOR: C20 sliding door off-set left of centre with
associated recess to its right; large X-pattern breather to
left; segmental-headed doorway at right-hand end, with small
9-pane fixed window to its left, and circular pitching hole
beneath eaves above. Left gable wall has 2 breathers like that
at the front.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Integral part of farmyard complex, forming group with Gate
piers and boundary wall (qv), Barn on west side of courtyard
(qv), Cart shed on south side (qv), and Meols Hall to east.
