House. Probably later C18; altered. Whitewashed render on
brick (right-hand gable rebuilt in common brick), slate roof.
One-and-a-half depth one-unit plan plus lean-to extension at
right-hand end.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; single-window range. Square-headed
doorway to left, one square 2-light casement on each floor and
a similar but slightly smaller window in the lean-to. Gable
chimney to left. Rear: single-storey under carried-down roof.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms group with Nos 6-10 to the left (qv), and with No.2 Moss
Lane to the right (qv).
