Row of 3 houses. Probably later C18; altered. Brick, Nos 22 &
24 rendered and all painted white; slate roof, brick chimneys.
A very long single-depth plan, 2:2:2 units, with small porch
to No.22 and some back extensions.
EXTERIOR: single-storey; 3:3:3 windows. No.20 has wide
segmental-headed casements of 3, 4 and 3 lights, a similar
2-light window in the right-hand gable, a C20 glazed porch
attached to the rear corner, and a small chimney behind the
ridge.
No.22 has a small porch with carried-down roof to the right
(with doorway in left side and a small square window in
front), 3 large rectangular C20 mullion-and-transom windows,
and a small ridge chimney in line with the porch.
No.24 has a square-headed doorway to the left (protected by a
small metal-framed porch), a small oblong window to the right
of the door and 2 square 2-light casements further to the
right, all these windows with glazing bars. Gable chimney.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms group with No.16 to the right (qv) and Nos 26 & 28 to
the left (qv).
