GV II
House. Probably late C18 or early C19; altered. White painted
render, probably on brick; slate roof. Single-depth 2-unit
plan, plus added porch and lean-to extension to left end.
EXTERIOR: single storey; 2-window range. Gabled porch off-set
slightly right with doorway in gable end and 2-light window in
left side. To the left, a 3-light casement with early C20
stained glass, and to the right a late C20 small oriel window.
Ridge chimney in line with porch, extruded gable chimney to
left, both single-flued.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Interesting as survival of single-storey type of house
formerly typical of this area. Forms group with Nos 21 & 23
adjoining to the right (qv).
