Terraced houses. c1807-28 with later alterations. Stucco,
stripped in part from No.16, roof of asbestos slate to No.15
and tiles to No.16.
3-storeys over basement, dormers in mansard roof, one-window
range to No.15, 2-window range to No.16. No.15 has ground
floor decorated with banded rustication. Flat-arched entrance
with overlight, No.15 with panelled door of original design.
Full-height segmental bays, offset a little to the left on
upper floors, except that on No.15 the bay is canted on the
upper floors. Triple windows to ground floor flanked by fluted
pilasters; bracketed balcony with cast-iron railings to No.16,
which also has the relics of recessed stucco panels flanking
the upper bay; cornice to No.15, missing to No.16; blocking
course; dormers in mansard roof; stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area.
