Terraced house. Late C18. Cobbles with painted brick dressings
and quoins. Roof obscured by parapet.
3 storeys and dormer over half basement. 2-window range.
Flat-arched entrance with overlight, framed by pilasters from
which spring brackets supporting a porch formed from the
raking cornices of a pediment only. To right a tripartite,
camber-arched window; above in the first and second floor are
similar windows. Sashes of original design and some original
glazing: first-floor window has side lights of 2 x 3 sashes,
and a centre which is 6 x 9 with margin lights at the bottom;
second-floor tripartite window has side lights of 2 x 2
sashes, and a centre light of 6 x 6. Above entrance, one
window on each floor; although these are much altered, the
camber-arched heads remain. Quoin strips in brick to party
walls above the ground floor; all windows dressed in brick.
Brick parapet and flashing course. One flat-arched dormer.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Railings to stairs and area.
