Terraced houses. c1815. Stucco. Roof obscured by parapet.
3 storeys over half basement. One window each. In all, stairs
up to segmental-arched entrance, fanlight with decorative
glazing bars. To the right of each entrance is a full-height
segmental bay, except for first floor of No.10 where the bay
is canted. Flat-arched tripartite windows to bays, the ground-
and second-floor sashes to Nos 7, 9, and 10 of original
design, 4 x 4 to side windows and 6 x 6 to centre windows;
first-floor sashes to Nos 7-9 of original design, 4 x 8 to the
side windows, and 6 x 12 to the centre windows. Cornice
terminates bay of No.7. Giant Tuscan pilaster at the party
walls of Nos 8 and 10, from the first to second floors.
Entablature and parapet to all but No.9. Nos 7-9 have a
cast-iron balcony, segmental in plan, to first floor of bay
only. No.8 has a cast-iron balcony, rectangular in plan,
across entire first floor. Stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to stairs and
areas.
