Terraced houses. c1825. Brick in Flemish bond to No.46,
painted to Nos 45 and 47; stucco to bays and door frames of
all. Roofs obscured by parapet.
3 storeys over basement. 2 windows each. Up stairs to
round-arched entrance with plain architrave, the fanlights of
all blocked. Entrance to No.45 much altered. To the left of
each entrance is full-height segmental bay with flat-arched,
tripartite windows; the bay to No.45 stops just short of the
parapet. To the right of each bay on the first and second
floors is a blocked, camber-arched window with lintels of
gauged brick; second-floor window of No.45 is unblocked.
First-floor cast-iron balcony to bay only of No.45, segmental
in plan. Stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Railings to stairs of Nos 46 and 47.
