Terraced house. Early C19. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet. 4
storeys over basement, one-window range. Ground floor
decorated with banded rustication; steps up to round-arched
entrance with pilasters, cornice, fanlight with intersecting
tracery, and panelled door of original design; full-height
segmental bay with bracketed balcony to first floor with
cast-iron railings; storey bands between first, second and
third floors; cornice and blocking course; side stack.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area
with spearhead finials.
