Terraced house. c1800. Red brick with red mathematical tiles,
roof obscured by parapet.
4 storeys over half-basement, 2-window range. Steps up to
round-arched entrance flanked by engaged Doric columns
carrying entablature and open segmental pediment; fanlight
with decorative glazing and panelled door of original design;
full-height segmental bay to right, the tripartite windows
having frames and sashes of original design to basement,
second and third floors; bracketed balcony with cast-iron
railings to first floor; the windows over the entrance have
cambered arches; bands of black mathematical tiles to bay
below parapet; original rainwater head; stack to party wall.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area.
