Terraced house. c1800. Stucco, and red brick laid in Flemish
bond, roof of slate.
4 storeys over basement with attic, 3-window range. Ground
floor decorated with banded rustication; steps up to
round-arched entrance with fanlight having decorative glazing,
and panelled door of original design; round-arched
passage-entrance to right; full-height segmental bay with
tripartite windows and sashes of original design, though
probably replacement, and reeded spandrels; flat-arched
windows either side of bay, those to first floor French
windows and giving on to bracketed verandah with convex
canopy, probably much replaced; parapet; dormers in mansard
roof; stack to party wall.
