Terraced house. c1800. Stucco, roof of slate.
4 storeys over half-basement with attic, 2-window range.
Ground floor decorated with banded rustication; steps up to
round-arched entrance framed by pilasters and architrave with
keystone; fanlight with decorated glazing; cornice decorated
with Greek key pattern; panelled door of original design; all
windows flat-arched, those to ground floor with keystones,
those to upper floor with architraves; the first-floor windows
have a bracketed balcony with replacement railings, those to
second and third floors have bracketed sills; moulded sill
band to second floor; storey band between second and third
floor and third floor and cornice; blocking course; 2
flat-arched dormers in mansard roof; stack to party wall.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area.
