Pair of houses. Probably late 1840s. Flemish bond brick; natural slate roof; stacks with brick shafts with bands.
Plan: Pair of double-fronted houses.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window fronts. Unusual eaves frieze of trefoil-headed cusps. Windows have flat rubbed brick arches. Each house has a central doorway with pilastered doorcase with keyblock and cornice with dentil frieze on shaped consoles. Doorcase has panelled reveals. 6-panel front doors with 3-pane overlight. Windows glazed with 2 over 2-pane sashes with margin lights. The left hand house retains shutters to the ground floor windows.
INTERIOR: Not inspected but may retain features of interest.
