Detached house. c1840. Stucco, roof of slate.
2 storeys over basement, 3-window range to Powis Square,
2-window range to Powis Villas. The original house is L-shaped
in plan, matching No.2, with an addition to the west: entrance
in the angle of the L and the longer stem decorated with
rustication. Flat-arched entrance with overlight framed by
pilasters and entablature; segmental bay to ground and first
floors in Powis Square with triple windows and window-guard to
first floor; segmental bay to ground floor only in Powis
Villas, the windows divided by pilasters with stepped
capitals; storey band; southernmost window in Powis Villas,
blank; oriel to first floor in extension; hipped roof; side
stack.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Dwarf garden walls in unpainted
stucco with moulded coping and square corniced gate piers.
