Terraced houses. 1818. By Amon Wilds. Stucco, roof of Welsh
slate.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys over basement with attic, 3 windows each.
Nos 11 and 14 are set back slightly and their outer entrance
bays are set back again; Nos 12 and 13 have banded rustication
to the ground floor; steps up to flat-arched entrance with
overlight, Nos 11, 12 and 14 having original glazing bars; all
houses have original, double, panelled doors; all windows
flat-arched those to No.13 on the ground floor with blind
boxes, and those to No.14 on the ground floor with floating
cornices now slightly altered; first-floor windows to Nos 11
-13 lower, with bracketed balconies having cast-iron arcaded
railings; entablature with bold triglyph frieze, the guttae
remaining only on No.14; cornice and blocking course, with
possible remains of antefixae over Nos 12 and 14; flat-arched
dormers in mansard roof; stacks to party wall.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Cast-iron railings with spearhead finials to steps and area
except on No.14; arcaded railings to ground-floor balcony of
Nos 12 and 14; panelled gate piers to Nos 11, 12 and 13,
crowned with shell niches as No.7 (qv)
