GV II
Caretaker's house to board school (qv). 1900-1903. By Thomas
Simpson. Built of stock brick with bands of red brick and some
stone dressings. Tiled roof with central and end brick
chimneystacks. 2 storeys. Left side has projecting gable to
front. Front elevation has one triple cambered window to first
floor and canted bay to ground floor. Doorcase in angle with
flat hood on brackets and original door. External stack facing
school playground. INTERIOR: not inspected.
