Terraced houses. Early C19. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
3 storeys over basement, 2-window range. No.14 has ground
floor decorated with banded rustication; the houses are
flanked by pilasters topped by antefixae now much decayed;
flat-arched entrance with overlight; all windows flat-arched.
No 13 has single-storey bay to ground floor, probably of late
C19 date with cornice and wooden balcony over; No.14 has
segmental bay to ground floor with tripartite windows flanked
by reeded pilasters and sashes of original design; verandah to
full width of first floor with cast-iron columns and railings,
and cusped detailing to canopy; cornice on consoles over
second-floor windows; cornice and blocking course; stacks to
party walls.
