Terraced houses. Early C19. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
3 storeys, one-window range. The houses are arranged in pairs
with linked flat-arched entrances framed by pilasters and
entablature, except for No.89 which is a single house. All
windows flat-arched; Nos 86 and 88 have canted bays to ground
floor; first and second floors of each pair flanked by fluted
Ionic pilasters with anthemion ornament to the neck; a second
pair of pilasters surmounts the porch, the front between them
projecting slightly and ornamented with a blank, architraved
window between the first and second floors; first-floor
windows have cornice on consoles and balconies with cast-iron
railings, except No.80 which lacks cornice on consoles; sashes
of original design to Nos 77-79, 82-85, 86 first and second
floors, and 87; separate cornice to each pair, continuous
blocking course; stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Stuccoed dwarf garden walls with
square corniced gate piers, but the walls lacking to Nos 82
and 83.
