Detached house. c1850. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
3 storeys over basement, 2-window range and double fronted but
not exactly symmetrical. Ground-floor decorated with banded
rustication. Flat-arched entrance with Doric pilasters and
wreathed entablature, overlight with decorative glazing bars.
All windows flat-arched. Storey band brought forward over
canted oriels to first floor; second-floor windows have
architraves; ground- and second-floor windows have sashes of
original design; cornice and parapet; side stack.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to area with
spearhead finials.
