Formerly known as: No.42 (part) BATH STREET.
Shop with flat over. c1818-1836 with later alterations
including late C19 shop front. Painted brick in Flemish bond
with painted stucco plinth and Welsh slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 2 first-floor windows. Plinth. First
floor: 2/2 sash; tripartite window, 3/3 sash between 1/1
sashes, both with rusticated flat arches with raised keystones
and sills. Ground floor: entrances, 2 steps to recessed
off-centre entrance a part-glazed door within shop front. Shop
front has plinth and two 20-pane windows between Tuscan
pilasters, canted inwards towards door; continuous overlight
with diamond-paned glazing; frieze, cornice.
Entrance to No.2A to left, 3 steps to recessed panelled door
within panelled reveals and architrave of plain pilaster
strips with cornice.
