House now wine bar. c1818 with later additions and
alterations. Pinkish-brown brick in Flemish bond with Welsh
slate roof and cast-iron balconies.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. First floor: three
8-pane French windows, second floor: 4/8 sashes, all in plain
reveals and with sills, with blind boxes and flat channelled
arches with keystones. Eaves band.
Ground floor: entrance to left a part-glazed, 6-panel door
with overlight with gothic glazing bars within pilastered
surround with frieze and hood; round carriage arch to right
with imposts and keystone has double plank doors and
overlight.
Off-centre shop-front has central glazed entrance between
plate-glass windows with aprons and pilaster strips between,
all with overlights with glazing-bars, to right of this a 6/6
sash with flat channelled arch with raised keystone and sill.
Tall left end stack with cornice.
Individual balconies with stick balusters to first-floor
windows.
