House. 1828-1836 with later additions and alterations
including later C19 bay windows. Pinkish-brown brick with
painted stucco facade, concealed roof.
2 storeys, attics, 3 first-floor windows. Plinth. Pilaster
strips to ends and central projection to full height, plain
frieze, cornice, low parapet raised to ends conceals attics,
copings. First floor has 1/1 sash with margin lights, blind
opening to centre, 6/6 sash, all in plain reveals and with
sills. Ground floor: 4 roll-edged steps to central entrance a
part-glazed door with overlight with glazing bars and panelled
reveals with Tuscan pilastered surround with entablature.
Canted bays each have three 1/1 sashes with pilasters between,
frieze, cornice. Tall end stacks with cornices.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
