Terrace of 5 houses. Numbered right to left, described left to
right. Early C19 with later additions and alterations
including mid-C20 attic to No.12. Pinkish-brown brick with
painted stucco front facades and left return, Welsh slate
roofs except to No.10 a cement-tile roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with 3-storey left house, 8 first-floor
windows arranged 2:1:blind:1:1:blind:1; Nos 6 and 8, and Nos
10 and 12 are paired, a blind window to centre of each pair.
To ends and between Nos 8 and 10 and Nos 10 and 14 are tall
Tuscan pilasters, continuous frieze and cornice.
First floor: 6/6 sashes, all openings in plain reveals and
with sills. Blocking course.
Ground floor: steps to right entrance (to left) otherwise
pairs of central entrances, 3-panel doors, some part-glazed,
with overlights mainly with glazing bars. Tuscan pilasters and
pediments, paired entrances under wide pediments. To each
house a canted bay with 6/6 between 2/2 sashes.
Third floor (No.14) two 3/6 sashes in plain reveals; cornice,
blocking course. Tall ridge and end stacks.
Left return: first floor has 6/6 and 6/9 sashes; second floor
has two 3/6 sashes; ground floor has two 6/6 sashes, all in
plain reveals and with sills.
INTERIOR: No.12 has dogleg staircase with stick balusters,
otherwise not inspected.
