2 houses, now shops and flats. Early C19 with later additions
and alterations including c1900 shop front to right and mid
C20 ground-floor shop front to left. Pinkish-brown brick with
painted stucco front facades and Welsh slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 4 first-floor windows.
First floor: two 6/6 sashes, 2 windows with C20 glazing.
Second floor: two 6/6 sashes, 2 windows with C20 glazing. All
in plain reveals and with sills. Eaves band. Ground floor: to
left (No.105), glazed mid-C20 shop front, further entrance to
right, 3 roll-edged steps to 6-panel door with overlight in
deep reveals. To right (No.107): Tuscan pilasters, frieze and
cornice, within a glazed shop front with slender glazing bars
between panes, part-glazed entrance. Further entrance to left,
3 roll-edged steps to 4-panel C20 door with overlight. Left
return has two 6/6 sashes and one 8/8 sash.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORICAL NOTE: Warwick Street was laid out c1822-26.
Forms a group with Nos 109 & 111 Warwick Street (qqv).
Nos 105 and 107 includes No.43 Warwick Street.
