House, now flats. c1835 with later additions and alterations
including later C19 range to rear left. Pinkish-brown brick
with unpainted stucco facade and Welsh slate roof.
2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Ground floor has end
pilaster strips, with Tuscan capitals formed by moulded
first-floor sill band, in turn surmounted by 4 Tuscan
pilasters, to ends and to either side of central window.
Frieze, cornice, low parapet with 4 urns. First floor has 1/1
sashes with moulded surrounds and blind boxes. Ground floor,
central entrance: 3 roll-edged steps to central entrance a
part-glazed, 3-panel door in distyle Tuscan porch with engaged
pilasters, frieze, dentil cornice, blocking course. 2
rectangular bays, shallow to right, have tall 1/2 sashes with
decorative glazing bars. Bays have dentil cornice and low
parapet. Tall end stacks.
