Villa, now hotel. Early-mid C19 with later additions and
alterations including extension to rear. Pinkish-brown brick
with painted stucco facades and Welsh slate roof.
2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. First floor: two 6/6 sashes,
blind opening, all in plain reveals and with sills. Ground
floor: 2 roll-edged steps to central entrance, a
4-fielded-panel door with 3-pane overlight within tooled
architrave with frieze and cornice. To left a 6/6 sash with
margin-lights, to right a 6/6 sash, both in plain reveals and
with tooled architraves. Frieze, cornice. Hipped roof. Left
and rear stacks with cornices. Left return: garden facade, 2
storeys, 2 first-floor windows. First floor has 6/6 sashes;
ground floor has 10-pane French windows with divided
overlights each within tooled architrave with frieze and
cornice. To rear: long 4/4 staircase sash with margin-lights.
C20 window to first floor has blind box.
