Formerly known as: North Cottage, Middle Cottage and South
Cottage THE GREEN Little Kineton.
3 houses, probably originally a stable block. Mid C18,
probably converted late C18, with C20 alterations. Coursed
squared lias limestone and ironstone, with ironstone quoins;
steeply pitched old tile roof, hipped to left, with 3 brick
ridge stacks. 5-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 5-window range. Top modillioned brick
cornice. 2 entrances with half-glazed doors. Segmental-headed
windows to ground floor, 2 in former entrances, and windows
with painted lintels to first floor, all with 2-light
casements. Right return has entrance.
Rear has ironstone dressings; central gable on brackets with
blocked lunette; 4 round-arched recesses with impost bands and
brick infill to tympana. Various entrances and irregular
fenestration to ground floor; 5 windows with 2-light casements
between recesses to first floor.
INTERIOR: recorded as having open fireplaces and queen-strut
roof trusses.
